- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you of doing it.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

- We use Postal service, ePacket, Registered Post, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We make our best efforts to ship your order within seven business days of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within two business days.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 75 business days to anywhere in the world, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
- Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.
Most international shipments will incur additional fees in the form of duties and taxes. These fees are your responsibility and are related to the country with which you are importing. These charges are in addition to the shipping cost and are not able to be estimated/calculated by Probotronix. See Duties and Taxes below for details.
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Probotronix is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 7 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.
Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
